Disconnecting stops all reading immediately and deletes your access token, your content records and their statistics. Only your monthly scorecards remain, because your pay was calculated from them.

Disconnect yourself

  1. In the ARKHĒ coach back-office: My content → Disconnect.
  2. Or on Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, then remove ARKHĒ.

Email hello@arkhe.fitness from the address ARKHĒ has on file for you, with your Instagram handle and the words delete my content data. We confirm within 30 days.

What we cannot delete

Monthly scorecards — the number of qualifying posts in a month and the bonus tier that resulted — are the basis on which you were paid. German commercial and tax law requires us to keep accounting records, so those figures are retained for the statutory period even after deletion. They contain no content and no statistics, only counts and the resulting tier.
