ARKHĒ Coach Content (Creator mode) · Last updated 16 August 2026
This policy explains what happens to your Instagram data when you switch on Creator mode in the ARKHĒ coach back-office. It covers that feature only.
The short version. If you connect your Instagram account, we read the
posts, reels and stories that mention @arkhe_fitness, and the statistics of those posts. We do
that to count your content for the Creator bonus. We do not read your direct messages, we do not read your
follower list, we never see your password, and you can disconnect at any moment.

2. What we process, and nothing else

We do not process: your direct messages, your follower or following lists, content that does not mention ARKHĒ, your email address on Instagram, or your password — the connection uses Instagram's own login, so your password is never sent to us or seen by us.
3. Legal basis
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary for the performance of the agreement between you and ARKHĒ, of which the Creator bonus programme forms part. Participation is voluntary: not connecting your account has no effect on your base pay or your attendance bonuses.
4. How long we keep it
- While you participate: content records and their statistics stay for as long as your account is connected.
- After you disconnect: we stop reading immediately and delete the access token. Content records and statistics are deleted.
- Monthly scorecards — the count of qualifying posts and the resulting bonus tier — are kept as payroll evidence for as long as German commercial and tax law requires us to retain accounting records.
5. Who else sees it
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — the source of the data, through the Instagram API. Your relationship with Meta is governed by Meta's own terms and privacy policy.
- Our hosting provider, on servers located in Germany, acting as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR.
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with other coaches.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to its processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Write to hello@arkhe.fitness. You may also complain to a supervisory authority — for Berlin, the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
7. Withdrawing access
Two ways, both immediate:
- In the coach back-office: My content → Disconnect.
- On Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, and remove ARKHĒ.

8. Changes
If we change what we process or why, we will update this page and tell connected coaches before the change takes effect.
